The circuit resistance tester is mainly used for measuring the circuit resistance of switch equipment such as high-voltage switches and load switches, and can directly reflect the contact situation of switch contacts.

3. Working principle:

The core part of a DC resistance tester is the measurement circuit, which operates based on Ohm’s law and Kirchhoff’s law. It applies a constant high-precision current to the external load to be tested by controlling a constant current source, and then processes the obtained data (including test voltage, current test current, etc.) to obtain the actual resistance value.

The circuit resistance tester uses a pulse width modulation high-frequency switching power supply to provide a test current greater than 100A, and processes the data through sampling circuits, amplifiers, A/D converters, microprocessors, and other components to ultimately display the measured current and resistance values.
