Transmitter
When live cable or power-off cable identification, the signal is sent to the target cable. The built-in large power rate rechargeable Li-battery has automatic impedance matching and full-automatic protection. The transmitter adopts the integrated special toolbox design, uses polypropylene plastic as the raw material, and adds a new compound filler for one-time injection molding, which has the advantages of small density, strength, rigidity, hi-hardness, wear resistance, heat resistance and insulation performance. Its box can bear about 200kg of pressure. The super large LCD of the host shows the remaining battery power in real time, white backlight and dynamic indication of transmission signal, stick out a mile.
Transmitting clamp
When identifying the live cable, the transmitting clamp couples the signal sent by the transmitter to the target cable. The clamp size is Φ 125mm. The transmitting clamp has directionality, and the transmitting signal flows in from the direction indicated by the arrow on the transmitting clamp.
Power on cable identification
The clamp output pulse current and transmit four frequencies: 625hz, 1562hz, 2500Hz and 10kHz. The transmission clamp couple the target cable (the target cable is a three core armored cable or has metal shield layer) and inject the composite pulse current signal into the cable. The pulse current generates electromagnetic field around the target cable for detection and identification by the receiver and the flexible current clamp. The pulse current has directionality.
Power off cable identification

Receiver
as a handheld device, with 3.5-inch color LCD screen, built-in high-speed microprocessor, combined with precise algorithm, to identify and decode the pulse code current signal of the transmitter. When charged, it has the function of transmitting signal calibration. At the same time, it can calibrate 10 cables, display the signal strength and detection results, which is exquisite and intuitive. The color scale bar is displayed dynamically, which is clear at a glance, and the cable identification is successful Mark √ and × for non target cable, which can identify target cable quickly and automatically. At the same time, the test voltage range is AC 0.00v-600V (50Hz / 60Hz), the test AC range is AC 0.00A-5000A (50Hz / 60Hz), and the test current frequency is 45Hz-70Hz.
Flexible current clamp
Rockwell coil, with excellent transient tracking ability, and can quickly identify the pulse code current generated by the transmitter. It is suitable for thick cable or irregular conductor. The inner diameter of the jaw is about 200 mm, which can clamp the cable below Φ 200 mm without disconnecting the line to be measured, non-contact measurement, safe and fast.
