When a single fixed reactor is used in the series resonant AC voltage withstand test device, there are usually several single fixed reactors with the same configuration. This is because in the series resonant AC voltage withstand test, the required inductance varies depending on different test items and parameters. Therefore, multiple single fixed reactors can be combined arbitrarily, According to the actual test requirements, several reactors are combined in series and parallel to adjust the inductance to meet the test requirements.

If an adjustable reactor is used in the series resonant AC voltage withstand test device, then during the AC voltage withstand test process, the adjustable reactor does not need to be connected in series or parallel. Instead, real-time adjustment of inductance can be achieved through the test console to meet the inductance requirements of different tests. Although adjustable reactors are more convenient to use than single fixed reactors, they also have their drawbacks.
