Water-Cooled Insulation Resistance TesterZC-402

The ZC-402 Water-Cooled Insulation Resistance Tester is specifically designed for conducting insulation tests in both laboratory and field environments. It incorporates a high-precision micro-current measurement system and a digital voltage boosting system. Measurement can be performed simply by connecting the test specimen using a single high-voltage cable and a single signal cable. The measurement process is fully automated; results are displayed on a large-screen LCD and are automatically stored.

Features and Advantages

1. Controlled by a 32-bit microcontroller, featuring a fully English-language interface for convenient operation.

2. High output current (output exceeds 25 mA at 2500 V); short-circuit current is ≥ 25 mA.

3. The high-voltage generation module employs fully sealed technology and incorporates internal protective resistors, ensuring safety and reliability.

4. Possesses strong anti-interference capabilities, making it suitable for field operations in ultra-high-voltage substations.

5. Automatically discharges the test object upon completion of the test while simultaneously monitoring the discharge process in real time.

6. Suitable for measuring the insulation resistance, absorption ratio (R60s/R15s), and polarization index (R10min/R1min) of water-cooled generators.

7. The test high voltage is 2500 V.

8. Automatically compensates for and adjusts against water polarization potential. Measurement accuracy is guaranteed even when the resistance between the machine frame and the water collection pipe is as low as 10 kΩ.

9. High output power allows for insulation resistance measurements as low as 1 MΩ (at 2500 V), even with a load resistance between the circuit and the water collection pipe as low as 100 kΩ (at 2500 V).

10. Insulation resistance values are indicated via an analog progress bar, allowing for intuitive, real-time observation of the testing process for capacitive test objects. The logarithmic scale minimizes reading fluctuations, making it easy to read values.

11. Digital values are displayed using a 3 1/2 digit LCD meter.

12. An LCD timer displays the test duration, cycling continuously from 0 to 32 minutes to show the elapsed minutes and seconds. An audible beep sounds every 15 seconds.

13. Automatically measures and stores values for R15s, R60s, R10min, the absorption ratio, and the polarization index, allowing for review and retrieval upon completion of the test.

14. Features an automatic compensation and adjustment function for water polarization potential.
