1. Security measures

The primary and secondary terminals of the test transformer should be independent of the circuit, disconnected from other circuits, and have obvious disconnection points. Prevent the voltage of the transformer from rising back to other circuits. a、 Select the operating current of the calibrator based on the secondary current of the tested transformer.

b、 The mechanical calibrator needs to select the magnification gear according to the size of the tested transformer level, while the fully automatic transformer calibrator will automatically select the gear according to the tested transformer level.

c、 Before operation, it is necessary to check the gear of the calibrator and select the current gear.

d、 If the polarity indicator of the calibrator is found to be activated during the experiment, the voltage regulator should be immediately lowered to zero, and then the power supply should be disconnected for inspection.
