Usage of two-way station area recognizer

At present, the FSK power carrier principle is used to measure the station area. Due to the defects in the principle, there are various problems in the actual use process, such as crosstalk, short transmission distance, large load impact, common cable interference and so on.

 

Based on this problem, our company has developed a new generation of zc-602 two-way station area recognizer by adopting the international advanced new technology of special power carrier and current detection technology. In order to deal with the complicated route, many interference sources and serious interference of power lines in our country, it can be accurately identified in the whole range of the station area. The product is composed of transmitter host and hand-held terminal. Users use transmitters to send phase information and equipment number information in the low-voltage side distribution network of the substation, and use handheld terminals within the power supply radius of the substation to accurately receive phase information and equipment number information.

Here is a summary of the use of zc-602 two-way station area recognizer:

 

1. Wiring instructions

Voltage input: A-phase voltage input UA yellow, B-phase voltage input UB green, c-phase voltage input UC red, zero line input UN black.

 

Current input: phase a current input IA, phase B current input IB, phase C current input IC,

 

In the shutdown state, connect one end of the voltage test line to the UN, UA, Ub and UC terminals on the rear panel of the instrument according to black, yellow, green and red respectively, and clamp the other end of the voltage test line (mounting clamp) to the UN, UA, Ub and UC of the outgoing line of the transformer.

 

 

 

The mode of field clamp connection of clamp ammeter shall be selected according to the field environment and use needs. There are several specific modes to choose:

 

 

 

1. Use 500A clamp table for branch test

 

As shown in the figure, apart from UA, UB, UC and UN connected with good voltage, clamp 500A clamp ammeter to branch zero line of branch to be tested (or clamp branch a, B and C three-phase lines at the same time).

 

After connecting the line, start the machine and change the range to “zero sequence current”.

2. Use 500A clamp table to test the ownership relationship of the platform area

 

As shown in the figure, firstly connect the UA, UB, UC, UN and other voltage lines when the power is turned off, and then clamp the A, B, C three-phase clamp ammeter on the A, B, C three-phase low-voltage copper bar or low-voltage cable of the low-voltage main outgoing line of the transformer.

 

After connecting the line, start the machine and change the range to “phase current 500A”.

3. Use 5A clamp table to test the ownership relationship of the platform area

 

As shown in the figure, if it is not convenient to use 500A clamp meter to clamp the low-voltage copper bar or cable on site, and the main low-voltage copper bar or cable on site is equipped with current transformer for measurement, three 5A clamp meters can be used for on-site collection of current signals.

 

After connecting the line, start the machine and change the range to “phase current 5A”.
