Transformer temperature rise test benchZC-200-5000kVA-36KV

ZC-200-5000kVA-36KV Transformer temperature rise test bench is mainly used to test the no-load and load characteristics of power transformer and distribution transformer, and also to test the frequency doubling induction and power frequency voltage resistance of the transformer. The measuring part of the device is controlled by high-end single chip microcomputer, digital display, no-load, short circuit and other test data are sampled synchronously by single chip microcomputer, avoiding the error caused by manual calculation in the traditional test method of voltage, ammeter and power meter reading respectively. This set of equipment is suitable for power transformer production and maintenance department for 5000kVA/36-10KV and below capacity of three-phase transformer factory test and conventional test. Simple operation, accurate measurement, reliable operation.

Features and Advantages

1. **Ease of Operation**
The equipment features a simple operational workflow. Whether performing hardware tests (such as no-load tests, load tests, withstand voltage tests, etc.) or executing software operations, clear step-by-step guidelines are provided. For instance, the no-load test sequence—spanning from wiring, range selection, circuit closing, pre-warning, voltage boosting, and voltage reduction to circuit opening—is clearly defined, making it easy for operators to quickly master the system. The test bench control panel features an intuitive layout with clearly categorized display modules and control buttons, facilitating rapid identification and operation by the user. Furthermore, the software interface is user-friendly, and the processes for parameter input and test control are streamlined, thereby reducing the learning curve for operators.

2. **Measurement Accuracy and Reliability**
The measurement section is controlled by a high-end microcontroller and utilizes a digital display system. Test data—such as that from no-load and short-circuit tests—is acquired via synchronous sampling by the microcontroller. This approach eliminates the errors inherent in traditional testing methods, which require manual calculation after separately reading data from voltage, current, and power meters, thereby significantly enhancing measurement accuracy. The equipment’s hardware composition adheres to strict specifications, with all components selected and interconnected in full compliance with relevant standards. Additionally, the software incorporates functions for automatically assessing winding test status, alongside comprehensive safety protection and fault-handling mechanisms, ensuring the equipment’s long-term stable operation and the reliability of test results.

3. **Comprehensive Functionality**
The system is capable of testing not only the standard no-load and load characteristics of transformers but also a range of other critical parameters, including withstand voltage, DC resistance, and turns ratio. This comprehensive coverage addresses the primary testing requirements throughout the transformer production and maintenance lifecycle, eliminating the need to acquire multiple separate specialized testing devices and thereby reducing the user’s capital investment in equipment.

4. **Robust After-Sales Support**
We provide comprehensive quality assurance services. Should any product defects arise within one year (inclusive) from the date of delivery, free repair services will be provided. For defects occurring after the one-year period, lifetime paid repair services are available, thereby safeguarding the user’s long-term interests and usage rights.

5. **High Level of Intelligence**
The software supports data analysis and export capabilities, enabling the automatic processing of test data and significantly reducing the workload associated with manual data collation. Furthermore, the system automatically assesses the status of winding tests—a feature particularly beneficial for multi-tapped transformers—thereby enhancing the overall intelligence of the testing process and improving both efficiency and accuracy.

6. **Enhanced Safety Assurance**
The system incorporates multiple layers of safety protection measures, complemented by clear safety terminology and labeling. These features work in concert to minimize safety risks—such as electric shock to operators or equipment damage—to the greatest extent possible, thereby ensuring that operators can conduct testing activities within a secure and safe environment.

7. Excellent Environmental Adaptability
Capable of adapting to a wide range of environmental conditions, the equipment operates stably across varying altitudes, temperatures, and humidity levels. This expands its application scenarios and satisfies testing requirements in diverse regions and under various operating conditions.
