Transformer Test Control DeskZC-200

The ZC-200 transformer comprehensive test system is mainly used for testing the no-load characteristics, load characteristics, winding resistance, transformation ratio group, power frequency withstand voltage, induction withstand voltage, insulation resistance of power transformers and distribution transformers. The system adopts a modular design, where each testing unit can work independently and can be automatically tested under computer control. The test data of each project can be directly obtained by the computer and can form test reports. This system avoids random errors caused by manual observation and recording of data, and greatly improves experimental efficiency.

Features and Advantages

1. Suitable for semi-finished product testing, finished product routine testing, and quality inspection testing after product maintenance of power transformers;
2. The system adopts modular design, with flexible configuration and the ability to add or reduce testing items according to actual needs;
3. The test bench adopts an automatic control architecture of “PLC+industrial control computer”, which can select test items through computers, automatically complete tests, record test results, and form reports;
4. There is an interlocking mechanism between experimental projects to prevent misoperation;
5 The test bench has multiple protections: zero position protection, overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, high-voltage ungrounded protection, etc;
6. CT and PT are used inside the test bench to isolate high and low voltage, and the operating panel is kept away from high voltage hazards;
7. The testing units of this system adopt anti-interference design, with high accuracy and good repeatability;
8. The test results are automatically corrected based on environmental temperature and power harmonics, simplifying the operation of test personnel and greatly improving test efficiency;
