This system is a professional and dedicated testing equipment tailored for the one-stop insulation performance testing of Voltage Transformers (PT) and Current Transformers (CT). It integrates three core testing items, including insulation resistance test, power-frequency withstand voltage test and induced withstand voltage test, fully satisfying the strict insulation performance verification demands for instrument transformers in delivery inspection, type testing and grid access detection.

Adopting a 10-station synchronous testing design, this system allows parallel testing of 10 instrument transformers at one time, completely breaking away from the low-efficiency limitation of traditional single-station testing equipment. Equipped with an intelligent automatic wiring switching technology, it requires no manual wire disconnection, replacement or reconnection during the switching of different testing items. The system automatically completes test wiring, wiring switching and the whole testing process, which not only greatly improves the overall testing efficiency and production capacity, but also fundamentally eliminates potential safety hazards caused by manual operation under high-voltage conditions, greatly enhancing the safety of the testing process.
