All modules of the condenser of the second unit of the world

At 11:00 a.m. on March 24, the final large module (straight section of the upper throat) of the conventional island condenser of Fuqing nuclear power unit 6 contracted by cnnc-5 was hoisted in place, marking the completion of all modules of the condenser in place.

The structure size of each module of condenser is large and the plate wall is thin. Some modules are placed under the main beam of turbine, so it is difficult to lift and assemble. Since the new year, the Fuqing nuclear power project Department of cnnc-5 is actively implementing the resumption of work and production together with precise epidemic prevention. In order to ensure the smooth positioning of each module device of the condenser, the project department plans in advance, the engineering department arranges carefully, the construction teams cooperate closely and construct elaborately, the technicians provide technical support in all aspects, all departments spare no effort for the project, and the site construction has been in a safe and controllable state.

 

 

 

The successful hoisting of the straight section module of the upper throat of the conventional island condenser of unit 6 is the key node of the condenser device and the time point when the critical path of the conventional island changes from the condenser to the steam turbine, which provides the conditions for the invention of the conventional island steam turbine device of unit 6 of Fuqing nuclear power plant and lays a good foundation for the promotion of the subsequent critical points.
