100% of state power investment and resumption Enterprises

The reporter learned from the state power investment group that by February 17, 1045 state power investment enterprises had resumed production, with a recovery rate of 100%. On the basis of ensuring the “three safety and stability” of power production, fuel supply and workforce, the two national science and technology projects of heavy-duty gas turbine and nuclear power are steadily promoted according to the plan, and the supporting power point project of UHV transmission channel in Hainan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Qinghai Province is under orderly construction.

 

 

 

After the outbreak, the State Power Investment Corporation, as the responsible unit for the implementation of heavy gas turbine project, made a clear arrangement for actively and steadily promoting special projects. Before the end of the Spring Festival holiday, China’s reburning project department has systematically sorted out the possible impact of the epidemic and formulated risk prevention and control actions one by one. From February 3 to 7, the company implemented the flexible operation system, arranged the research team of compressor, combustion chamber, turbine and other components, and carried out the development and design work orderly by long-distance operation and other methods. Since February 10, the company has resumed normal operation, and various key tasks are steadily promoted.

Now, the first refueling modification of Haiyang unit 1, the third generation nuclear power independent support project, is carried out in a serious and orderly manner according to the plan. State Power Investment Co., Ltd. has coordinated more than ten enterprises to ensure the first refueling and overhaul of Haiyang unit 1. By 0:00 on February 17, Shandong Haiyang nuclear power unit 1’s first refueling outage was orderly promoted, unit 2 operated safely and stably, generating a total of 12.869 billion kwh. The first domestic nuclear heating commercial demonstration project had outstanding operation, and continued to ensure heating for local residents.

 

 

 

On Talatan beach, Gonghe County, Hainan Province, Qinghai Province, the key project of Qinghai Province in 2020 — the supporting power supply project of Hainan extra high voltage transmission base (2.2 million kilowatt photovoltaic and 1.35 million kilowatt wind power projects) undertaken by state power investment Yellow River company is under hot construction. The project will be connected to the grid on September 30 this year. State power investment Yellow River company is firmly doing a good job in epidemic prevention and control, carefully arranging the project to return to work and production, and now nearly 700 people have been arranged harmoniously to return to work for construction.

 

 

 

It is understood that other serious projects such as Inner Mongolia Wulanchabu wind power base phase I demonstration project, Sichuan Ganzi clean power base phase I project, Xinjiang colorful Bay intelligent power plant, Jiangsu coastal and other offshore wind power projects are resuming construction in accordance with the relevant requirements of local and national power investment.
