ZCVF-A series frequency conversion series resonant AC withstand voltage device is suitable for AC withstand voltage test of transformer, circuit breaker, switch, GIS system, cable, bushing, insulator and other equipment. It has the functions of high voltage over-voltage protection, low voltage over-current protection, detuning protection, zero position protection, flashover protection, emergency shutdown, under-voltage protection and so on. It not only meets the requirements of equipment test conditions for high voltage and small current, but also meets the requirements of equipment test conditions for low voltage and large current, and has a wide application range.

1.Parameter display: Touch or external mouse large screen LCD interface display system
It can display resonance voltage (i.e. the target voltage set before the test), test frequency, measurement frequency, low-voltage voltage, low-voltage current, withstand voltage time, overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, flashover protection, stage boosting and timing, operation mode switching, capacitance, inductance, frequency exchange calculation, parameter inquiry, etc. It can also display frequency curves, voltage curves, etc., which can intuitively judge the accuracy and stability of the resonance frequency in the current test;

2.Parameter settings: The large touchscreen LCD color screen and external mouse can directly complete various parameter settings. It can set or select parameters such as starting frequency, ending frequency, starting voltage, stage boosting and timing, measuring voltage divider ratio, excitation ratio, overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, flashover protection, test mode, capacitance and inductance frequency exchange calculation, parameter setting prompts, and help;

3.Experimental mode: Touch screen and external mouse operation, with three operating modes: fully automatic, semi-automatic, and manual. Capable of boosting, tuning (including manual and automatic), segmented boosting and timing, operating status, mode switching, fault prompt, capacitance and inductance frequency exchange calculation functions, etc.

4.Protection function and information prompt: equipped with multiple protection functions such as high voltage overvoltage protection, low voltage overcurrent protection, overcurrent protection, as well as detuning protection, zero position protection, flashover protection, emergency stop, undervoltage protection, etc.

5.Data storage function: saving test results (manually), printing, uploading, reviewing, etc.
Test results: After the manual or automatic test is completed, the detailed parameters of the test can be displayed in the test results interface. When the test is interrupted, the interruption status can be prompted. The parameters can be saved in memory, which is a non-volatile memory that can store 50 test records;
Data query: It can display saved test result data on the screen, and has a USB interface to output and print the data;

6.Automatic voltage stabilization function: The system automatically tracks and maintains a stable test voltage based on the set test voltage or manual boosting results, with a voltage stability of up to 1.0%;

7.The frequency modulation range and frequency resolution can be set: the frequency modulation range can be set to 30-300Hz, 45-100Hz, 200-300Hz, as needed, to accelerate the tuning process; The frequency resolution can be preset to 0.1Hz, 0.2Hz, 0.5Hz, or 1.0Hz as needed, achieving an optimized balance between tuning efficiency and tuning accuracy;

8.Frequency adjustment is divided into coarse and fine adjustments, and can automatically find the test resonance point to ensure that the resonance frequency does not drift throughout the entire test process.
