1. Comprehensive functionality: It meets testing requirements for various CT types (e.g., protection, metering, and TP classes)—including excitation characteristics (V-A characteristics), turns ratio, polarity, secondary winding resistance, secondary burden, ratio error, and phase angle error—and also supports testing for PT electromagnetic units (excitation characteristics, turns ratio, polarity, secondary winding resistance, ratio error, etc.).

2. Single-connection testing: A single wiring setup allows for the testing of DC resistance, excitation characteristics, turns ratio/polarity, and phase/ratio errors for current transformers. This significantly reduces workload and improves efficiency, facilitating on-site verification of instrument transformers.

3. Advanced variable-frequency method: Uses this method to test CT/PT V-A characteristic curves and error curves, supporting CT testing with knee-point voltages up to 60 kV.
4. Voltage method for turns ratio testing: Enables on-site testing of 0.2S class current transformers; the CT/PT turns ratio measurement range is 1–40,000.

5. Automatic parameter calculation: Automatically provides CT/PT performance parameters such as knee-point voltage/current, 10% (5%) error curves, Accuracy Limit Factor (ALF), Instrument Security Factor (FS), secondary time constant (Ts), remanence factor (Kr), and saturated/unsaturated inductance.

6. Standards compliance: Testing complies with various instrument transformer standards, including GB1208 (IEC60044-1), GB16847 (IEC60044-6), and GB1207; the device automatically selects the appropriate standard based on the transformer type and class.

7. Simple and convenient operation: Performs CT DC resistance, excitation, turns ratio, and polarity tests with a single click; testing is rapid (typically <1 minute). 8. Features a fully Chinese, dynamic graphical interface that allows for wiring and parameter setup without consulting the manual; parameter settings are displayed dynamically, automatically showing relevant parameters based on the selected test item; dynamic wiring diagrams are displayed to guide connections according to the selected test.

9. Equipped with a 5.7-inch transflective graphic LCD, ensuring clear visibility even in direct sunlight.

10. Operated via a rotary optical control (similar to a mouse), making it simple, fast, convenient, and easy to master.

11. Built-in panel printer allows for the automatic printing of generated test reports.

12. Test results can be exported and the system firmware upgraded via USB flash drive, offering convenience and efficiency.

13. Capable of storing 1,000 sets of test data, with data retention maintained even after power loss.

14. Includes PC-based analysis software to facilitate the saving, conversion, and analysis of test reports, enabling the comparison, assessment, and evaluation of test data.
