11月29日，通过240小时的试运转， 11月27日晚，酒泉瓜州县首个风电平价上网演示项目——华能瓜州干河口北50兆瓦风电平价上网演示项目正式投运，在项目中控室，工作人员正在认真的记载实时运转数据，履行电网归调指令。 据了解，由华能酒泉风电有限责任公司出资建造的华能瓜州干河口北50兆瓦风电平价上网演示项目是瓜州县首个风电平价上网演示项目，项目总出资3.09亿元，总装机50兆瓦。自今年5月开工以来，建造单位抢抓工程建造的有利机遇，克服重重困难大干快上，发展迅速；同时，瓜州县聚焦高质量发展方针，一直以“开局便是决战、起步便是冲刺”的状况，全力为项目建造供给全方位、全过程、全天候的“保姆式”服务，项目比原计划提早1个月完成投运。 “干河口北平价风电场，安装20台2.2兆瓦和3台2兆瓦明阳风机，总装机容量50兆瓦，由两回35千伏集电线路接入已建成的干河口北330千伏升压站，再由2号主变通过干敦线送入敦煌750千伏变电站”华能瓜州干河口北50兆瓦平价上网风电场副场长于满源说。 作为全国第一批平价上网演示项目，华能瓜州干河口北50兆瓦风电平价上网演示项目投运后，可年均发电14666万千瓦时，年收益4500万元。“该项目瓜州建成投运，标志着在现在风电装备技能条件下，在风资源优良、地势平整、建造本钱较低的瓜州区域，已具有无补贴风电平价项目开发条件。瓜州县以此为契机，于上海电气集团及中国电建集团西北勘测规划研究院有限公司就瓜州风光资源平价基地规划规划等工作建立合作关系。”瓜州县发改局副局长康付平说。
