Oil immersed transformer is a common transformer. Like all transformers, they will be replaced in 7-15 years. Let's learn how to judge whether the transformer is damaged?1. DGA oil testThe dissolved gas oil test or DGA test is a test that shows gases dissolved in transformer oil. Determine whether the…

Zinc oxide arrester tester is an instrument to test the performance of zinc oxide lightning arrester. It can detect power failure or electrification status, and timely find out whether zinc oxide arrester is aged or affected with damp. It has been widely used in many fields because of its simple…

The load switch is a control appliance with a simple arc extinguishing device, which can open and close the circuit with load. It can open and close a certain load current and overload current, but it cannot disconnect the short-circuit current. It must be used in series with the high-voltage…

The transformer comprehensive test bench complies with relevant national standards. The test bench is mainly used to test the no-load and load characteristics of power transformers and distribution transformers, as well as double frequency induction and power frequency withstand voltage tests of the tested transformers. The measuring part of the…

Transformer DC resistance tester is divided into 1A, 3A, 5A, 10A, 20A, 40A, 50A, 100A and other specifications. The instrument power supply is divided into external power supply AC220V, internal power supply (battery power supply), AC and DC power supply. At present, DC resistance testers above 10A on the market…

The main structure of oil immersed transformer is composed of body, oil tank, cooling device, protection device and outgoing device. The device body comprises an iron core, a winding (winding), an insulation, a lead wire and a tap changer; The oil tank includes the oil tank body and its accessories…

The transformer transformation ratio tester mainly tests the turns ratio or voltage ratio. It can overcome the shortcomings of the traditional transformation ratio bridge test. For this kind of instrument, its working principle and advantages are shown in the following.Working principle of transformer transformation ratio tester:The working principle of the…

When the wires and cables are energized, the metal core will heat up. With the increase of the energization time, the surface temperature of the wires and cables will get higher and higher. If it is not handled in time, the consequences can be imagined. The sheath of our commonly…

DC high-voltage generator is widely used in the power testing department to conduct DC high-voltage test on high-voltage electrical equipment such as zinc oxide arrester, power cable, transformer and generator. It is an important equipment in the high-voltage testing industry. However, some factors may affect the accuracy of the test…

The protection function of the series resonance test device can effectively protect the safety of the equipment during operation. However, in actual work, electric power workers still need to master the test method and conduct the test in strict accordance with the instrument. The following describes the protection function of…
