The main grounding network of power plants and substations plays a decisive role in ensuring the safe operation of power equipment and personal safety. The grounding resistance value is an important technical indicator of the grounding grid. Due to the significant difference between the design value and the actual value…

The AC withstand voltage test of various large power transformers, power cables, steam turbines, hydro generators and other capacitive equipment must be conducted regularly in strict accordance with the test procedures; Under power frequency conditions, due to the large capacitance of the test piece or high testing voltage requirements, the…

1. Dust controlForeign objects and dust are very important factors in causing partial discharge. The test results show that metal particles with a diameter of ф 1.5 μ m can generate discharges far greater than 500pC under the action of an electric field. Both metal and non-metal powders generate a…

The transformer comprehensive characteristic testing platform, as the core equipment for power transformer detection, can be summarized into four dimensions: high precision, high integration, high safety, and intelligence. The specific technical characteristics are as follows:1. Full parameter synchronous detection, achieving industry benchmark accuracy① Multi parameter real-time displayAdopting LCD backlit display…

The main structure of an oil immersed transformer consists of a body, an oil tank, a cooling device, a protective device, and an outgoing device. The device body includes an iron core, windings (coils), insulation, leads, and tap changers; The fuel tank includes the fuel tank body and fuel tank…

1. The testing device is equipped with an industrial computer and a Windows operating system. Please do not switch the host power on and off too frequently.2. The device panel or backplane is equipped with a USB port, which allows hot plugging of USB devices (such as USB drives), but…

Sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) is a synthetic fluorinated compound with an extremely stable molecular structure. It is a colorless, odorless, non-toxic, non corrosive, non flammable, and non explosive gas at room temperature and pressure. It is a liquid at low temperature and low pressure, and turns into a white solid after…

The transformer DC resistance tester is divided into specifications such as 1A, 3A, 5A, 10A, 20A, 40A, 50A, 100A, etc. The instrument power supply is divided into external power supply AC220V, internal power supply (battery power supply), AC and DC power supply. At present, DC resistance testers with a capacity…

Do you know what a DC high-voltage generator is? It is actually a commonly used instrument for electrical testing, mainly used for measuring leakage current and DC withstand voltage. In on-site testing, the device is required to be lightweight, convenient, and reliable for measurement. So the instrument adopts digital control…

The DC high-voltage generator is an instrument that provides a high-voltage DC source and is an essential equipment for high-voltage testing, specifically used for conducting DC withstand voltage tests. The instrument should be designed and produced using intermediate frequency modulation technology, and the use of step-up DC high-voltage generators for…
