Electronic multi frequency withstand voltage device is a professional equipment used for insulation performance testing of electrical equipment. 1. Device principle

① The function of frequency doubling power supply

In the induction withstand voltage test of transformers or mutual inductors, if high voltage is directly applied at the rated frequency, it will cause saturation of the iron core magnetic flux and a sharp increase in excitation current, which may damage the equipment. Frequency doubling power supplies (such as 100Hz, 150Hz, 200Hz, etc.) can effectively avoid iron core saturation and increase the test voltage for insulation between windings, thereby achieving reliable detection of longitudinal insulation.

② The principle of induction withstand voltage test

By applying multiple times the test voltage on the primary or secondary side of the tested equipment, the main magnetic flux and induced electromotive force of the equipment are synchronously increased to detect the insulation performance of the winding. During the experiment, if there are insulation defects in the winding (such as turn to turn short circuit, interlayer breakdown, etc.), the test current will significantly increase, and the device can automatically cut off the power supply to protect the safety of equipment and operators.

2. Technical features

① Multi-frequency output

The device can output test voltages of various frequencies such as 50Hz, 100Hz, 150Hz, and 200Hz to meet the test requirements of different equipment. The output voltage and frequency are continuously adjustable, and the adjustment step is small (such as 0.1Hz, 0.1V) to ensure the test accuracy.

② High-precision control

Adopting high-performance microprocessors and digital control technology, it realizes full digital operation of parameter preset, protection setting, frequency selection, voltage regulation and other functions. The built-in computer can store a large amount of test data (such as 3200 groups) for subsequent analysis and traceability.

③ High waveform quality

The output is a pure sine wave with low waveform distortion rate (usually less than 3%), ensuring the stability and accuracy of the test voltage and avoiding test errors caused by waveform distortion.

④ Complete safety protection function

It has multiple safety functions such as overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, zero-position start protection, and flashover protection. The protection value can be set according to user needs. 

⑤ Portability and flexibility

The device is small in size and light in weight, making it easy to carry to the site for use. It supports single-phase or three-phase input (such as AC380V±10% or AC220V±10%), and has low requirements for the power supply capacity of the on-site test.

3. Application scenarios

① Transformer longitudinal insulation test

Used to detect the insulation performance between turns, layers, segments, and phases of transformer windings, ensuring that the transformer will not short-circuit or burn out due to longitudinal insulation faults during operation.

② Induction voltage withstand test of transformer

Conduct induction withstand voltage tests on voltage transformers (PT) and current transformers (CT) to test the reliability of their magnetic circuit insulation and winding insulation.

③ Other electrical equipment testing

Suitable for AC withstand voltage testing of electrical equipment such as GIS (gas insulated switchgear), insulators, generators, switches, etc., to verify whether their insulation performance meets standard requirements.
