1. Purpose
① Transformer longitudinal insulation detection: used to detect the insulation performance of the transformer winding between turns, layers, sections and phases to ensure that the transformer will not be short-circuited or burned due to longitudinal insulation failure during operation. This is an important project to test whether the winding meets the requirements. In addition to the external construction frequency high-voltage test on the main insulation of the fully insulated transformer, the longitudinal insulation of the transformer and the main insulation of the semi-insulated transformer must also be subjected to inductive high-voltage tests.
② Mutual inductor insulation detection: Conduct inductive withstand voltage tests on voltage transformers (PT) and current transformers (CT) to detect the reliability of their magnetic circuit insulation and winding insulation. The longitudinal insulation inductive withstand voltage test between turns, layers, sections and phases of the PT winding is an important project in the PT insulation test. The longitudinal insulation test requires the test voltage to be applied by the variable frequency power supply device to perform a withstand voltage test.
③ Other electrical equipment testing: It can also perform frequency and voltage multiplication tests on various low-voltage electronic and instrument power transformers, inductor coils and electrical coils. It can also be used as a frequency multiplication power supply with a power of no more than 1 kilowatt for power supply or testing of some special electrical equipment.
2. Operation
① Wiring:
Connect according to the wiring diagram of the multi-frequency induction withstand voltage test device. Note that the generator housing, control box housing and common ground wire must be well grounded. It is not allowed to be tied to the tap water pipe at will, otherwise it will endanger the safety of people and equipment.
For example, connect the three-phase 380V power supply directly to the "A, B, C" input terminals on the back of the device, and connect the two ends of the test product to the "a, x" output terminals on the back.
② Turn on the power and set parameters:
Turn on the power and set relevant parameters, including test frequency, test voltage, overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, withstand voltage time, etc.
③ Start the test:
After the parameter setting is completed, click "Return" to exit to the main interface. Click "Automatic Test" to enter the "Automatic Test" interface and start automatic testing.
If manual testing is required, after the parameter setting is completed, return to the main interface, click "Manual Test" to enter the "Manual Test" interface.
④ Monitoring and recording:
During the test, closely monitor the current and voltage values in the control device and make detailed records.
When manually boosting the voltage, you can select the appropriate voltage adjustment step according to the test situation.
⑤ Emergency handling:
If you encounter an emergency during the entire test process, please press the "Emergency Stop" button, the system will immediately stop output and return to zero.
⑥ End of test and data query:
After the test, return the voltage regulator to zero.
After reducing the voltage, return to the main interface and click "Data Query" to view the test data.
