The detection process of the vacuum switch vacuum degree tester mainly includes the following steps:
1. Preparation and wiring:
① Ensure that the vacuum circuit breaker is insulated from the outside and does not leak or reverse charge during the experiment. It is necessary to handle the grounding at both ends, transformers, lightning arresters, sensors, etc.
② Ensure that the vacuum circuit breaker is clean and dry, and that its opening distance meets the requirements.
③ Hang the electromagnetic sampler, align the white scale line with the middle position of the vacuum circuit breaker, and tie the electromagnetic coil and vacuum circuit breaker together with a strap to prevent damage to the vacuum circuit breaker caused by the impact force generated by the pulse voltage during the experiment.
④ According to the color of the test wire and the size of the plug-in connection wire, clamp the high voltage at the end of the vacuum circuit breaker away from the electromagnet. The yellow and green wires must be connected to the electromagnet and then to the instrument.
2. Selection and input tube type:
Choose the tube type that matches the vacuum circuit breaker, based on the diameter of the vacuum circuit breaker with a protective sheath. For example, if the diameter of the arc extinguishing chamber is less than 80mm, it is type 00; if the diameter is greater than 80mm but less than 100mm, it is type 02; if the diameter is greater than 100mm but less than 110mm, it is type 04; and if the diameter is greater than 110mm, it is type 06.
3. Connect power and leak detection:
After the preparation work is done, turn on the power and first perform leak detection to check whether the vacuum circuit breaker is leaking or qualified.
4. Quantitative measurement and printing results:
Based on quantitative measurement, check the vacuum degree value and print the test results. For example, a display result of 3.26E-4Pa is equivalent to 3.26 × 10 ⁻⁴ Pa pascals. According to the national standard for vacuum circuit breakers, if the factory standard is less than 1.33 × 10 ⁻ ³ Pa and greater than 6.62 × 10 ⁻ ² Pa, it is considered unqualified.
5. Discharge and disassembly:
① Discharge: According to the leakage detection, reduce the magnetic field voltage, turn off the power, ground the clamp, and pull out the yellow and green test wires on the instrument (do not touch the exposed plug-in parts with your hands). After discharge is complete, other test wires can be disassembled freely.
② Install attachments and complete testing.
