The Tester is based on the high-performance microprocessor, supplemented by the high precision digital-to-analog converter, equipped with other peripheral circuits, realizing the goals of fast and accurate measurement. Featured by input impedance of greater than 100MΩ, high stability and high accuracy (0.5%) of voltage-dividing and sampling, low temperature coefficient (25PPM), the resistor is adopted for the purpose of minimizing the influences from the external temperature and humidity to instrument measurement. In addition, various anti-interference technologies such as bus isolation, proper grounding and shielding, software & hardware filtering are adopted to improve the Tester's anti-interference ability, thus guaranteeing the accuracy and stability of the Tester. The high-brightness 20X2 LCD display is designed for the Tester, it provides real-time operation menus based on user operations.
