The lightning impulse test device is the core equipment for simulating lightning overvoltage to test the insulation strength of power equipment. ① Impulse voltage generator: This is the core component of the device, which generates lightning impulse waveforms that comply with international standards through capacitor charging and series discharge. Its output voltage range can range from tens of kV to thousands of kV, meeting the testing requirements of equipment at different voltage levels.

② Measurement system: including voltage dividers (such as resistive voltage dividers, capacitive voltage dividers), oscilloscopes, data acquisition cards, etc., used to accurately measure the peak value, waveform parameters, and insulation breakdown voltage of impulse voltage, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test data.

③ Control system: Adopting PLC or industrial computer control to achieve automated operation of the test process, including charging voltage regulation, discharge triggering, data recording and analysis, etc., reducing human operation errors and improving test efficiency.

④ Auxiliary equipment: including high-voltage leads, protective resistors, grounding systems, etc., to ensure personnel safety and equipment stability during the test process, and to avoid electromagnetic interference caused by impulse voltage affecting the test results.
