In this way, the test power supply only bears the active power component, which is only 1/Q times the capacity required by the subject, and the capacity and weight of the test equipment are greatly reduced. It is an ideal high voltage source.

The tested capacity and high voltage obtained by this resonant booster device can meet the verification error test of 35kV~220kV capacitive or electromagnetic voltage transformer (capacitance is 4 ~ 20nF), and can also carry out power frequency AC withstand voltage test on GIS (≤ 16nF) and power transformer (≤ 35nF) with 35kV~110kV voltage level.

  • Product Features

3.There is no need for overvoltage protection. When the test object breaks down, the circuit will be detuned, and the reactor will immediately limit the short-circuit current. It will not aggravate the damage to the tested object.

4.The device is a dry-type combined series resonance device, which consists of a dry-type test transformer (excitation transformer) and multiple dry-type reactors. Its reactor can be used alone, but also in multiple series, parallel use.

5.The whole set of equipment of this device is combined, small in size and light in weight, especially suitable for on-site use .

6.The voltage regulation control desk is equipped with overcurrent protection function, and the overcurrent protection is set by dial code. When you do the test, first roughly calculate the required maximum low-voltage current value, and then turn the dial to the required calculated value, and its unit is ampere.

7.The adjustable reactor used in this device adopts the way of adjusting the air gap to adjust its inductance value. According to the capacitance of the tested object, air gap gaskets of different thickness are used to adjust the reactor. If the capacitance of the tested object is several fixed values, gaskets of corresponding thickness can be prefabricated to improve the test efficiency; For the test object with capacitance less than 4000pF, it is necessary to use compensation capacitance to realize resonant withstand voltage.
