In order to avoid electric shock or personal safety, the following precautions shall be taken when using zc-501c dry test transformer:
 
1. The test transformer must be grounded before connecting to the power supply!
 
2. Do not connect to the power supply before grounding!
 
3. The insulation test products of high-voltage electrical appliances are safe and correct. In addition to being familiar with the product manual, they must be carried out in accordance with the relevant national standards and plans; GB / t16927-1996 high voltage test technology, DL / T596-1996 preventive test procedures for electric equipment
 
4. In normal high voltage electrical insulation, this series of products are not allowed to exceed the rated output voltage.
 
When using this series of products to form the cascade high voltage test, pay special attention to check the transformer body and insulation of level 2 and 3
 
The condition of the bracket, the correctness of the connecting wire, the protective grounding and protective grounding of the whole system.
 
5. As a safety measure, the instrument is equipped with a protective grounding terminal. Before the test, the grounding terminal on the side of the device shall be reliably grounded.
 
6. Prevent falling: do not place the instrument on an unstable platform or desktop to prevent the instrument from falling and damage.
 
7. Use appropriate power cord: use 220VAC, 50 / 60Hz power cord with current of 10a and above.
 
8. Ensure good heat dissipation: the fans and ventilation holes on the side of the instrument are set for ventilation and heat dissipation. Do not block them.
 
9. Prevent short circuit: do not let any foreign matter fall into the chassis to avoid short circuit.
 
10. Connect and disconnect correctly: do not connect or disconnect test leads while the device is being tested.
 
11. Do not operate without the cover plate: if the cover plate or panel has been removed, do not operate this product.
 
12. Use appropriate fuse: 12a fuse is used for this equipment.
 
13. Avoid contact with exposed circuit and live metal: do not touch exposed contacts and parts when the product has power.
 
14. Do not operate in case of suspected fault: if the product is suspected to be damaged, please check by the company's maintenance personnel and do not continue to operate.
 
15. Operating environment: do not operate in humid or explosive environment.
 
16. This instrument is a precision electronic instrument. Please pay attention to prevent high temperature environment such as sun exposure when using it outdoors, and do a good job in blocking the sun and ventilation, so as to prevent the instrument from overheating or reducing the measurement accuracy.
