1. In terms of operation:

② Check the status of the instrument: Ensure that the instrument casing is reliably grounded. Before testing, wipe the outer surface of the vacuum switch clean and select the correct vacuum tube type.

③ Correctly connect the testing circuit: Connect the grounding terminal of the instrument to the ground, then connect the magnetic control coil to the positive and negative magnetic field voltage terminals of the instrument through the magnetic field current line. Connect the high-voltage output terminal to the static contact of the vacuum tube using a high-voltage cable, and connect the ion current input terminal to the dynamic contact of the vacuum tube through the ion current line (shielding wire).

④ Turn on the instrument power: After wiring is completed, turn on the instrument power switch and select the required functions based on the LCD screen display interface, such as tube type setting, measurement, viewing historical data, etc.

2. In terms of maintenance:

① Keep the instrument clean: Regularly clean the surface of the instrument to avoid the impact of dust and dirt on its performance.

② Pay attention to the storage environment of the instrument: Place the instrument in a dry, warm, clean, and bright environment, avoiding direct sunlight and close to strong magnetic fields or other electronic devices.

③ Regularly check the power cord and connecting wires: Ensure that the power cord and connecting wires are intact and undamaged, and avoid faults such as short circuits or open circuits.

④ Regular calibration: In order to maintain the accuracy of testing, the vacuum switch vacuum degree tester should be calibrated regularly.

a. During the testing process, the high-voltage output terminal will output about 20KV high voltage, and the magnetic field voltage output terminal will output about 1600V high voltage. It is necessary to maintain an insulation distance from the human body and the low-voltage line terminal (it is recommended to maintain a distance of more than 0.5 meters from the human body).

b. When wiring, the magnetic control coil and vacuum tube should be connected first, and then connected to the instrument. After the test is completed, the test line connected to the instrument should be removed first, and then the connection with the magnetic control coil and vacuum tube should be removed.

c. If you forget to connect the magnetic control coil and press the measurement button directly, you should immediately turn off the power and reconnect the magnetic control coil. At this time, there will be a high voltage at the output end of the magnetic field voltage. When wiring, do not touch the conductor part to avoid being damaged by residual voltage on the capacitor.
