Common faults and solutions of transformer power analyzer

:2023-07-25 09:54:39:

ZC-201A Transformer Power Analyzer can measure the no-load current, no-load loss, short-circuit voltage, and short-circuit (load) loss of transformers. Harmonic testing can be conducted to analyze up to 31 harmonics. The instrument automatically switches range internally, allowing for a wide range of voltage and current measurements, and simple wiring. When conducting no-load and load tests on three-phase transformers, the instrument can automatically judge whether the wiring is correct and display the vector diagram of three-phase voltage and current.

A single machine can complete the measurement of load experiments at full current of distribution transformers below 1000KVA; The measurement of load test for distribution transformers below 3150KVA can be completed at one-third of the rated current (at one-third of the rated current, the instrument can be converted to load loss parameters at rated current). All test results are automatically corrected accordingly. The instrument can automatically perform various calibrations, such as waveform correction, temperature correction, non rated voltage correction, and non rated current correction, to improve the accuracy of test results.

The ZC-201A transformer power analyzer has powerful functions and is easy to operate, with few malfunctions occurring. However, it is not ruled out that malfunctions may occur due to improper use, so the following are some methods for handling simple faults:

1. Power on without display: Turn off the computer first, open the fuse box of the AC 220V socket on the backplane, check if the fuse is burnt out, and replace the fuse.

2. Screen suddenly goes black: You can press the reset button to restart the measurement.

3. Incorrect measurement and calculation results: Check the external wiring, whether it is operated according to the instructions, whether there are poor connections or incorrect wiring; related parameter settings are incorrect.

4. The measured voltage is normal but the current shows zero. Please check if the fuse of this current level is blown.

5. The wiring error is prompted during the double meter method wiring. Please check the field wiring carefully according to the instructions. If the wiring is confirmed to be correct, please replace the A/C two phases of the Pressure regulator and try again to determine whether the phase sequence of the field three-phase power supply is wrong.

6. The results of the no-load test show significant fluctuations. Please note that the test power supply needs to be separated from the power supply used for high-power impact equipment such as workshop cranes.

The above is the troubleshooting method for ZC-201A transformer power analyzer. If you still have any questions when using it, you can consult online customer service at any time.
