What are the precautions for ZCAR-802 microcomputer relay protection tester?

1. The tester is equipped with an industrial personal computer and Windows operating system. Do not switch on and off the host power too frequently.

2. The device panel or backplane is equipped with a USB port, which allows hot plugging of USB port devices (such as USB flash disk), but it must be done after data transmission.

3. The device is equipped with a special self restoring CF card to avoid damage to the operating system caused by illegal shutdown, deleting or modifying files on the hard disk and icons on the desktop. If you really need to store data in this machine, please save the data in disk D. When using USB disk to copy data, please ensure that the USB disk is clean and virus-free, and do not use the USB disk to install other software programs in the system.

4. When connecting an external keyboard or mouse, do not plug in the wrong port, or the Windows operating system cannot start normally.

5. Please do not turn off the power supply directly in the output state to avoid the protection malfunction due to the output error when turning off.

6. The input is compatible with the empty contact and potential (0~250VDC). When the live contact is used, the high end (positive pole) of the contact potential shall be connected to the COM end of the common terminal.

7. When using this instrument, please do not block or close the air vent of the body. Generally, the instrument is placed standing or slightly tilted with the support foot open.

8. It is prohibited to introduce external AC and DC power supply to the voltage and current output jack of the tester. Otherwise, the tester will be damaged.

9. If the on-site interference is strong or the safety requirements are high, please reliably ground the grounding terminal of the power cord (3-core) or the device grounding hole before the test.

10. If problems such as interface data error or equipment failure to connect occur during use, they can be solved as follows: Touch the reset button down to reset the DSP; Or exit the running program to return to the main menu, re run the program, and all data in the interface will be restored to the default value.
