Tianwan nuclear power unit 6 steam turbine cover buckle succ

At 10:00 on April 7, the cover closure of unit 6 steam turbine of Tianwan nuclear power phase III (2 × 1118.9 MW) project undertaken by Jiangsu Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd. of China Energy Construction Corporation was successfully completed.
 
 
 
The turbine body of unit 6 of Tianwan nuclear power plant is manufactured by Dongfang Steam Turbine Plant, with operation speed of 1500 rpm, counter clockwise rotation (counter clockwise from the head to the generator), four cylinder six exhaust, excited condensing, high-pressure steam water separation intermediate reheat nuclear power turbine. The shafting is connected by a high-pressure rotor and three low-pressure rotors through a rigid coupling. The bottom of the turbine root is the tension spring root. The whole turbine has no platen and secondary grouting.
 
As the key node in the construction of conventional island, the steam turbine cover is the most important and disorderly operation link of equipment. The on-site project Department of Jiangsu electric power construction third company has worked out detailed device, technical scheme and safety and quality assurance measures in advance planning, scientific deployment and overall organization. On March 25, the professional and technical personnel made safety technical disclosure to the overall operation personnel on site. In the process of capping, the plant staff strictly implement the construction requirements of fine management and cleaning and purification, from the cleaning device of the part set, rotor hoisting to the hot tightening of the split bolts of each cylinder, etc., to be meticulous. The whole capping operation of No.6 turbine lasted for 14 days, all parameters met the planning requirements, and the process quality of the device won the praise of the site owner, the management and the supervisor.
