The comprehensive correction of soil and groundwater in polluted places is recognized as a profession with a wide range of disciplines, strong comprehensiveness and high skill difficulty at home and abroad. Gusu land reserve center, as the main body of soil pollution management in urban reserve plot, has revised more than 10 contaminated plots involving chemical, electroplating, printing and dyeing projects since 2010. It includes the famous plot of Suzhou chemical plant, Dongsheng f plot and Anli chemical plant. Three of the completed plots have been redeveloped. In July this year, the Ministry of ecological environment held a national soil control experience exchange meeting. At the meeting, the experience of "the soil amendment project management practice in the north area of the former site of Gusu solvent plant" was introduced.
 
 
 
After the original enterprise moved, about 46000 square meters of land in the north area of the former site of Gusu solvent factory was dusty for nearly 10 years because of "too deep poisoning". In September 2012, the municipal land reserve center officially started the modification of the former site of the solvent factory in the north area. In the following four years, the risk assessment and skills scheme selection were completed successively, and the bidding was open in April 2016, and the modification was completed in August 2018. In the process of handling, in order to dispel the public's doubts, the implementation Department has repeatedly arranged residents' representatives of surrounding communities to visit the handling site. This plot has recently completed the function evaluation and "the overall correction is qualified". This is the first large-scale selection of "in-situ resistance heating thermal desorption technology" in China, and also the largest in-situ thermal desorption pollution treatment and correction site in the world for monomer treatment projects, with the largest scale and depth in the world. Reporters at the scene to see that the northern plot of lush vegetation has issued new vitality.
 
 
 
Now, the land "detoxification" of the South plot of the former site of Gusu solvent factory has also entered the stage of comprehensive management. The powerful current released by the equipment goes deep into the ground, and the deepest part is up to 18 meters. The land is scorched by high temperature, and the accumulated "venom" is evaporated, and the pollutant steam is collected and transported to the tail gas treatment system, without secondary pollution.
 
 
 
The in-situ resistance heating thermal desorption technology has the advantages of little damage to the soil environment, complete pollution removal, high acceptance of surrounding residents, and does not affect the subsequent planning and development of the plot. As the "national soil pollution management and remediation technology application pilot project" of the Ministry of ecological environment, the "detoxification" of the plot in the north area of the former site of the solvent factory was successful, which opened a precedent for the domestic green and sustainable soil remediation, played a demonstration role in the healthy development of the domestic soil remediation profession, and also added a "science and technology + green" bright hand thorn for the construction of ecological civilization in Gusu.
