If there is a gradual increase in the voltage value of the six spark discharges, it indicates that the insulation performance of the oil sample has gradually improved and is qualified. However, if the voltage value of the six spark discharges gradually decreases, it may be necessary to replace the insulation oil.

4. Discrepancy of withstand voltage value:

If the variability of the withstand voltage value is significant, for example, if there are multiple samples with significantly different withstand voltage values, it is necessary to take a new oil sample for testing to ensure the accuracy of the test results.

Overall, based on the results of the insulation oil tester test, we can determine the voltage resistance level of the insulation oil, thereby helping to determine whether it is qualified.
