Operation method of portable voltage transformer analyzer

Method description:
After startup, the main interface is shown in the figure. There are five functional modules in total

PT test: carry out various tests of voltage transformer;
Document management: query, export and delete the saved test records
System setting: setting system parameters and test standards; When accessing the manufacturer, the password needs to be updated.

Test items: select the test items to be tested;
Project description wiring
Resistance test the DC resistance of secondary winding. Refer to 2.3.1 wiring
 
Excitation test excitation characteristics (volt ampere characteristics) of secondary winding refer to 2.3.1 wiring
Transformation ratio test PT ratio polarity refer to 2.4.1 wiring
angle difference ratio difference To test the error characteristics of PT, it should be noted that the test process is divided into two steps, the first step is the ratio test, the second part is the angle difference test. Step 1: refer to 2.3.1 wiring
Step 2: refer to 2.3.1 wiring
 
load Test the actual load of PT secondary circuit refer to 2.6.1 wiring
 
 
In this interface, the latest detailed parameters are displayed. If you need to modify the parameters, you can press "primary parameter" and "secondary parameter" on the right side to modify.
 

Primary parameter setting interface
 
Primary rated voltage (kV): input the primary rated voltage and coefficient of PT to be measured;
 
Rated frequency: the rated working frequency of the tested object can be selected from 50Hz and 60 Hz.
 

Secondary parameter setting interface
 
Winding to be tested: the current serial number of secondary winding to be tested, the maximum value is 5, if only one winding of PT is set as 1;
 
Secondary rated voltage (V): secondary rated voltage and coefficient of current winding;
 
Winding type: metering and protection are available;
 
Accuracy: 0.1, 0.2 and 0.5 for metering winding, 3P and 6P for protection winding;
 
Rated load / power factor: input rated secondary load and power factor of current winding;
 
Lower limit load: input the secondary lower limit load of current winding.
 

Test parameter setting interface
 
Current temperature: the temperature of current test PT, generally input the ambient temperature;
 
Calibration temperature: the target temperature of resistance correction, generally 75 ℃;
 
Test standard: IEC 60044-2, IEC 61869-3 and IEC 61869-3 can be selected, and IEC 60044-2 can be selected for transformer of Chinese national standard.
