Zc-630 portable harmonic analyzer developed by our company is a multi-functional power measuring instrument, which can measure three-phase voltage, three-phase current 1-63 harmonics, and display odd harmonics or even harmonics separately by list or spectrum diagram.

It adopts key type operation, can automatically switch the measuring range, maintain the measured data, store the measured data, realize large capacity storage, and can output vector diagram, which is very suitable for the field use of differential detection and start-up test, such as electric energy measurement, power inspection, transformer maintenance, relay protection, etc.

This paper takes the page of "three-phase volt ampere" function of zc-630 portable harmonic analyzer as an example to explain its interface, as shown in the following figure:

Figure 1

Function indication: the "three-phase volt ampere" in the upper left corner of the interface in the figure above indicates the current measurement function.

Status icon indication: there are two status icons in the upper middle of the interface in the above figure, respectively indicating the SD card status and battery power status.

Time indication: the upper right part of the interface in the above figure is the time display area, indicating the current time.

Function key prompt: at the bottom of the interface above is the function key prompt area, indicating the functions of F1, F2, F3 and F4. If the corresponding area of a key is empty, it means that the key does not work in this interface. As shown in this interface, F1 means to return to the main interface, F2 means to stop refreshing the page, F3 does not work, F4 means to enter the vector diagram interface.

Display operation area: the middle part of the interface above is the display operation area, where the measurement results are displayed and the parameter settings are changed.

Key instructions: there are 11 keys in the instrument, which are F1, F2, F3, F4 four function keys, menu key, enter key and ↑, ↓, ←, → four direction keys, key power on key. It is described as follows:

F1, F2, F3, F4 function keys: the definition of the four function keys may be different in each interface, and the specific definition has a text prompt in the corresponding area of the LCD screen.

Menu key: the function of this key is to return the instrument to the "main menu" interface. No matter what state the current instrument is in, the instrument will enter the "main menu" interface after the key is triggered. The user can select the required function to operate again in this interface.

Enter: the function of this key is to confirm the input or confirm the option. The use of this key will be specified in the instructions for each function.

Up, down, left and right direction keys: these keys are used to change options, parameter settings and page turning, etc. Please refer to the specific instructions in each function instruction for the use of these keys.

Key power on key: this key is the instrument power control key. In the shutdown state, the user presses for about 3 seconds, and the instrument will be powered on. In the power on state, the user presses the key for about 3 seconds, and the instrument will power off.
