Zc-106c wireless secondary voltage drop tester is a distributed wireless synchronous instrument for measuring the secondary voltage drop load and volt ampere phase and other electrical parameters of voltage transformer. It consists of two handheld measuring terminals. When each handheld terminal is used separately, it can be used as a secondary load online tester and a three-phase phase volt ampere meter.
In order to make it more convenient for you to use zc-106c wireless secondary voltage drop tester, this paper introduces its basic operation method.

Basic operation instructions of zc-106c wireless secondary voltage drop tester:

1. Start up the instrument

When the instrument is shut down, press the key for about 3 seconds, and the instrument is powered on. The instrument first displays "power on interface" for about 8 seconds, and then switches to "main menu page", as shown in the following figure:

2. Instrument shutdown

When the instrument is turned on, press the key for about 3 seconds, and the instrument is turned off.

3. SD card insertion

Write the position of SD card on the lower side of the instrument. Insert the SD card gently with the copper electric shock side facing down. Use your thumb's fingernail to push the SD card inward. When the SD card just falls into the card slot, and you hear a faint "click" sound, it means that the SD card is inserted.

4. SD card unplugging

Push the SD card inward with the fingernail of your thumb. When you hear a faint "click" sound, move your finger away. The SD card will pop out of the slot automatically, and then take out the SD card from the instrument.

5. Plug and unplug in the power on state

The plugging method is the same as above. Before the SD card is inserted, the SD card icon of the instrument is displayed as, indicating that the instrument has not detected the SD card. When the SD card is inserted for about 1 second, the SD card icon of the instrument will change to, indicating that the instrument has detected the SD card.

6. Use external DC power supply

The external DC power supply can be used when the instrument is turned on or off. When the instrument is turned on, the external DC power supply can supply power to the instrument and charge the battery at the same time. When the instrument is shut down, the external DC power supply will only supply power to the battery. In the charging state, the LED next to the power socket of the instrument is always on.

Connect to DC power supply: insert one end of the power cord into the socket marked with DC 5V on the lower part of the instrument, and insert the other end of the power cord into the AC socket.

Disconnect DC power: Unplug the power cord from the AC socket. Plug the power cord into the other end of the meter and pull it out.
